Spencer Lloyd has been working with youth for over two decades--that's more than half his life! Beginning working at church camps while completing his undergraduate degree at Indiana Wesleyan University and continuing on in his full-time position as a public, private, and university educator Spencer has walked with students through many seasons of life.

Now as a pastor in a local congregation and the executive director of Found Ministries, Spencer has the privilege of serving as a youth pastor and the director of The Fireplace. What began as a much smaller endeavor in the summer of 2021 has nearly tripled in size in just 6 short years. Spencer is excited for the potential for continued growth in order to equip and train youth in righteousness.

As of July, 2026 Spencer has been married for 20 years to his beautiful bride, Stacia. Spencer and Stacia attended the same camp he now directs when they were youth. Together they share a passion for seeing young people discover and become who God has called them to be.
